The Site is operated by More Than Consultant (“MTC”), an Indonesian IT consulting company.

Content on the Site (text, layout, graphics, logos, code) is owned by MTC or its licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Consulting or development work is governed by separate written agreements (e.g. SOW/MSA), not by these Terms alone.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Courts in Jakarta have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
